Bubble wrap was popped on almost all sides. The "like new" item was dented where the box had been torn. ![]() When it arrived, the box was half opened and beat to crap. Mercari sided with the seller and I could not cancel my purchase. I cancelled my purchased about an hour after I placed it (impulse buy, buyers remorse) but the seller confirmed shipment (voiding my cancellation) even though the tracking didn't move from "label created" for 6 days after shipment was confirmed. However my last purchase for a ninja creami has gone from sucky to the worst experience ever. I have bought and sold with Mercari a few times.
